Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of handoffz (“handoffz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using the service

You may use handoffz only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.

Connected accounts

handoffz lets you connect third-party social platforms such as Instagram. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access the information and perform the actions you approve through that platform. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, and you are responsible for having the rights to connect it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not misuse connected-platform data or violate a platform’s terms through handoffz.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by handoffz and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you. Content you own remains yours.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, handoffz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect any linked account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, the relevant sections of these Terms survive, and our Privacy Policy continues to govern data we hold.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
