User Data Deletion

handoffz respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information associated with your handoffz account, including any data obtained through connected social platforms such as Instagram.

Request deletion by email

Email us at piotrowski.matt@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include:

• The email or username tied to your handoffz account.
• The connected platform(s) you want removed (for example, Instagram).

We will verify the request, delete your personal data and any stored access tokens, and confirm by email within 30 days.

Revoke access from the platform

You can also cut off handoffz’s access at any time from the connected platform itself. For Instagram and other Meta products, open Settings → Apps and Websites, find handoffz, and remove it. Revoking access invalidates our tokens and triggers deletion of the associated data on our side.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile information (name, email, account identifier).
• Access tokens and credentials for any connected social platforms.
• Profile and media data retrieved from those platforms on your behalf.

We may retain a minimal set of records where required by law (for example, for fraud prevention or accounting), and anonymized, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been removed.
